When The Notice Of Award Comes Back Signed By The Owner

  1. Do the Letter of Award to the Contractor
    • SEE FORM LEITER SECTION (Page 82 & 83)
  2. Determine the # of Contracts that are needed; Send this number of copies of the following to be executed by the Contractor:
    • Contract Agreement;
    • Performance Bond (The Performance & Payment Bond May Be Combined and Be The Performance-Payment Bond);
    • Payment Bond

Also Send:

  1. Original Notice of Award (Contractor to sign the Acceptance) - Second Page
  2. General Conditions
    • Highlight The Sections Concerning Insurance Requirements
  3. Supplemental General Conditions
    • Highlight The Sections Concerning Insurance Requirements

Ask that the following items be executed and returned to us for binding in the contracts:

  1. Contract Agreements
    • same # as # of contracts needed
  2. Performance Bonds
    • same # as # of contracts needed
  3. Payment Bonds
    • same# as# of contracts needed
  4. The Original Notice of Award
  5. Certificates of Insurance
    • same # as # of contracts needed
  6. Letter Stating Specifications Have Been Met - If we don't get enough originals for each contract, put the original letter in the Owner's Contract
  7. Power of Attorney
    • same # as # of contracts needed
