City#

  • Simplest- city, lawyer & engineer
  • electric work most always city funding.

SRF#

  • Formerly EPA
  • abatement of water pollution, sewer prevention

CDBG#

Deals with infrastructure systems that paves the way to housing.

Rural Development#

  • Community Service
  • loans to cities up to 10,000 population water & sewer, rural water systems
  • ONLY AGENCY TO FINANCE RURAL WATER ASSOCIATIONS

EDA#

  • Economic Development Administration
  • helping cities develop industry; develop water & sewer that lead to Industrial Park

Private Clients#

  • Oil Mill, Red Panther, etc.
  • primarily electrical work, private owners of water associations, etc.

MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH#

  • Any correspondence, no matter what you are sending, MUST be accompanied by the Department of Health's transmittal form. (See general master file for form)
