  8. Processing Payrolls;
  9. Ordering Supplies;
  10. Check Each Engineer's Out Basket;
  11. Mailing Plans & Specifications;
  12. Process and Take The Outgoing Mail;
  13. Maintaining The Client Account Book;
  14. Keep Up With The Office Inventory;
  15. Balance and Maintain The Petty Cash Box; and
  16. Make Coffee When Needed.
