- Process The Incoming Mail;
- Processing Estimates;
- Typing and Follow Up On Change Orders;
- Following Through With Bidding Information;
- Filing;
- Processing Payrolls;
- Ordering Supplies;
- Check Each Engineer's Out Basket;
- Mailing Plans & Specifications;
- Process and Take The Outgoing Mail;
- Maintaining The Client Account Book;
- Keep Up With The Office Inventory;
- Balance and Maintain The Petty Cash Box; and
- Make Coffee When Needed.
